Personal Training

Having dance as a lifetime career has led me to become very passionate about the body, mind & creating a lifestyle that produces the best results in leading a healthy, strong and exciting way of living that works for me. The beauty is, we are all different and no single method works for all. Better still, you don’t have to be a dancer or an athlete to have a fit, strong, agile and healthy looking body. This is easily achieved with creating an effective lifestyle, nutrition plan and a training regime that works for you!

Living the life of a dancer has shaped who I am, what I look like and how I love to spend my days. Through living this way, I have found incredible methods in training my clients physically, mentally and for keeps! This applies to women who have decided that NOW is the right time to make a change, take control over their body and mind and become the person they want to be, in body, in mind and in spirit.
